At 7teen Prints, every order is made-to-order with love, care, and your personal choice in mind. As a print-on-demand business, we follow a strict no-cancellation policy once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Since each product is custom-printed especially for you, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund and Return Policy
Returns:
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a product, but unfortunately, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:
1. Change of mind or personal preference.
2. Accidental orders.
3. Size or compatibility issues.
4. Customized or personalized items.

Refunds:
We offer refunds only for customers who receive damaged or mismatched products, subject to the following conditions:
1. To be eligible for a refund, customers must submit a verifiable unboxing video from start to end within 24 hours of receiving the product.
2. The unboxing video must clearly show the condition of the package and product, highlighting any visible damage or discrepancies.
3. Customers must send the unboxing video and order details to info@7teenprints.com for our team to review.
4. If a customer refuses or cancels the order at the time of delivery, no refund will be issued.

1. Once the unboxing video and claim are received, our team will review the footage to verify the issue.
2. If approved, the refund will be initiated.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

In the case of damaged or mismatched products, we also offer replacements.
The process for requesting a replacement is the same as outlined for refunds.
